Yes absolutely. This is a setting you can edit at any time, whatever the reason is. Head to the 3 lines and into 'My reminders'. It's here you can change your answer to 'Do you have a period?'. Once saved, your reminders will be updated accordingly.
As advised by the NHS, irregular periods are not usually a sign of a problem. But speak to your healthcare provider if your periods are irregular or your normal pattern of periods changes. https://www.nhs.uk/symptoms/irregular-periods/
Each month, the app will estimate your next period date based on your usual cycle. If it’s wrong, you’ll need to update it yourself. To change these settings, go to My Reminders and update your saved information.

No it doesn't as long as you're consistently checking at the same time each month. This also applies to anyone using a contraceptive that pauses your menstrual cycle.
Whether you're sure or not sure if you've spotted a change in your boobs/breasts/chest/pecs, please ask your healthcare provider. It's likely nothing to worry about but acting swiftly can make all the difference.
If you have a period, please wait until around a week after your period ends before checking your breasts/chest. This is because your body naturally changes during a period and you should wait for hormonal changes to settle down before performing a self-exam. This is to avoid mistaking a natural menstrual cycle hormonal change for something out of the norm.
First of all, it's completely normal for some people to have lumpy breasts, and it's also normal to experience lumps and bumps at some point in your life. In the first instance I'd suggest you seek medical advice from your healthcare provider who can help you determine what's normal and what's not. After this, make sure you perform your self-exam after your period ends - the more you do your monthly check, the more confident you will be at knowing what your normal feels and looks like.
Any change should be looked at by a medical professional. There can be other changes, less common with breast cancer, such as persistent itching which is usually related to another condition, but you should still seek medical advice. https://www.cancerresearchuk.org/about-cancer/breast-cancer/symptoms/can-itching-be-a-sign-of-breast-cancer
